With Some Final Touches - 2-18-10
Most of all the work has been done. Added another mirror and a few wall decorations. Rugs are down but not many to cover up the beautiful floor. Still need window treatment, but can't decide. But it is a functioning bathroom again.

2/13/10 - more of the remodel
Remember that painting with enamel(oil base) paint and poly on the floors - they take a long time to dry causing delays in finishing. We now a functional bathroom, lack putting up the crown molding and baseboards.

Rozlyn Millay
Had to take a break from remodeling to welcome Rozlyn Millay into this world. Hannah and Rozzie had a long day. She weighed 7lb 14oz and 20 inches long.

Second Weekend -
Not much getting done during the week, Mike has been busy with his other part-time job that actually pays him money. He did get all of the drywall that needed taken down finished.
We now have insulation in the walls, some of the new drywall has been put up. I have new outlets since we only had one before. New lights have been bought. Hopefully next week we will get a lot done.
Here is Mike cutting some of the drywall. He will be so mad I put his picture here, but he is working so hard to get this finished.

Day Two - Remodel
First to get the cabinets dismantle and moved out of the bathroom. The wood is too good to throw away so we are saving it for future projects. This means pulling out all the nails.
Yes, we have a chimney in the bathroom!

With every remodel in this house, there is more to do than expected. Will have to do some wall repair because of mold. Will give us a opportunity to put insulation in the outside walls.

Remodeling Upstairs Bathroom (Start Date 01/17/10)
This is the first thing to come down - a huge cabinet on the wall. Forgot to take picture before Mike started taking all the doors off. Just imagine it has four doors.
